Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-30

These terms govern your use of pxlabs.space — the PxLabs studio site, free lessons, live courses, and the PxLabs community. They are written to be read, not skimmed: short sections, plain language, no surprises.

1. Who we are

PxLabs is an AI production studio and school operating from Lagos, Nigeria. We make films, products and worlds with AI for clients, and we teach people to do the same — through free lessons, live weekend courses, and a paid community. "PxLabs", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of pxlabs.space. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using pxlabs.space, creating an account, or paying for a course or membership, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are paying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Your account

Accounts are created with Google sign-in and are free. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

An account is not a membership: reading is free with an account; posting in the forum, Vibe Session invites and meet-up invites require a paid membership (see section 7).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, attempt to abuse the platform, or disrupt the community.

4. Free content

The blog, daily nuggets, synthography library and free lessons are provided free of charge, some behind a free account. They are for your personal learning and reference.

You may share links to our pages freely — the share buttons exist for exactly that. You may not republish, resell, scrape at scale, or repackage our content (including the workbooks) as your own product or training material.

5. Courses and payment

Live course prices are shown in Nigerian Naira at checkout. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. International cards, bank transfer and USSD are accepted where Paystack supports them.

Your enrolment is confirmed automatically once Paystack verifies your payment — there is nothing to send us. Course access details and the class group invite go to the email you paid with.

Course schedules may shift; if we move a session, we will tell the class group in advance. If we cancel a course entirely, you get a full refund.

6. No refunds

All payments are final. Once a payment is made, course fees and membership fees are non-refundable. Please be sure of your choice before you pay — the checkout shows exactly what you are buying and what it costs.

If you cannot attend a course you paid for, email [email protected] before your first session and we may — at our discretion — transfer your seat to a later cohort. A transfer is a courtesy, not an entitlement.

The one exception: if we cancel a course entirely and cannot reschedule it, we will refund what you paid for it.

7. Community membership

Membership costs ₦30,000 for one year and includes one live course of your choice. It is a one-time payment — it does not auto-renew and we will never charge your card again without you choosing to pay again.

Membership benefits: posting and replying in the forum, invites to Thursday Vibe Sessions, invites to in-person meet-ups, and the prompt library. Benefits last 12 months from payment.

Membership is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred.

8. Community conduct

The community works because the room is good. Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks. No spam, no unsolicited advertising, no pyramid or referral schemes.

Do not post content that is illegal, infringes anyone’s rights, or shares another person’s private information. The forum is text-only by design.

We may remove content and suspend or revoke membership (without refund) for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

9. Your content

You own what you post in the forum. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform, including to signed-out readers — the forum is publicly readable.

Do not post anything confidential, and do not post work you do not have the right to share. If you ask us to delete your posts, we will.

10. Our content and intellectual property

Courses, workbooks, lessons, blog posts, nuggets, images, films and the PxLabs name and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. Buying a course or membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from the material — not to resell it, redistribute it, or use it to build a competing course.

Client work shown in our portfolio remains subject to the relevant clients’ rights.

11. Events and meet-ups

Vibe Sessions are held online; in-person meet-ups take place at third-party venues (such as Café One locations) that we do not operate. You attend events at your own risk and agree to follow venue rules. We are not responsible for the acts of venues or other attendees.

12. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services: Google (sign-in), Paystack (payments), YouTube and Google Drive (embedded media), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts and data), and links to external platforms such as HVNG for event pages and WhatsApp/Telegram for class groups. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is". Our courses and content are educational — we teach methods that work for us, but we cannot guarantee outcomes for your projects, clients, or career.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

15. Ending things

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, as described above.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

18. Contact
